Lewis the Koala passed away today. He was the catalyst and inspiration for this work created last week/weekend (though this work is not a representation of Lewis, but of another survivor). I cannot count how many times I watched his rescue. I can say it moved me to tears many of the times watched. To say I am gutted at this news is an understatement.
