Inlcludes one figure (pet/subject). Additional charges apply for multiple figures.

Approved orders are subject to clear approved (by Renee Mitchell) reference photos. 
Lead times vary. Contact Renee for lead times and availability 

50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your commission spot - however this is not to be paid before reference photo approval. A photo of the completed work will be sent through for your approval. If approved, final payment (remaining 50%) is due prior to dispatch.

Refunds are not available on custom works.

Before moving forward with a commission, it is important to consider that the artwork is an artist interpretation, and not a photograph. It will not be perfect, but hopefully perfect for your, or your loved one.

You will have the option to not accept the final product and not pay the final payment. However your deposit is non-refundable as it is payment for planning, time, materials and effort poured into your work. The declined work will move into the collection of works available for sale by Renee Mitchell.
